Thanks Tom! That is (nearly) perfect.
Using that documentation I have been able to write the CTE and have the data I'm looking for.
I am still struggling with the sorting/presentation of the data. Specifically, I don't want to see the records sorted by level.
In other words, using the example in the link you posted, I would like to see the level 3 records under the level 2 records that they are related to. In the example, I'd like to see the level 3 Marketing Specialist under the level 2 Marketing Manager and the level 3 Sales Reps under the correct level 2 Sales Managers.
Does that make sense?
