I'm trying to find the most efficient query to do a recursive query for exploding a bill of materials.
Specifically, I have a table like:
Parent
Component
Field1 (etc)
I select all of the components for a specified Parent, but then have to check if the Component itself is a Parent and so on. I do not have a set number of levels, it is indefinite.
Any ideas?
